We have been inundated with so many true-crime series that it can sometimes be a challenge to appreciate the intensity of a fictional serial-killer drama. The new series Furious takes a chilling murder plot and turns it into a layered character drama about a woman out for revenge and the law enforcement officers trying to stop her.

With this year marking the sixtieth anniversary of the Star Trek franchise, it seems fitting that we have gotten one of the best seasons to date. Following the episodic structure of The Original Series, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds has continued to forge a path that embraces modern technology while echoing what made the William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy show so iconic. With the fifth season set to be the last, Strange New Worlds‘ fourth season is awesome.
