COLINS is a prospective, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial evaluating colchicine’s efficacy versus placebo in patients with sepsis diagnosis. Patients will be enrolled for the trial at Imam Reza Hospital, the largest northwest referral hospital affiliated with Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, Tabriz, Iran.
