Defining therapy goals for major molecular remission in chronic myeloid leukemia: results of the randomized CML Study IV
The aim of this analysis was to define treatment failure with respect to MMR. We sought to find the landmark showing the largest difference between patients in MMR and those without any remission with regard to PFS. This landmark was found at 2.5 years and was successfully validated in an independent patient sample.
