A WRAL News viewer named Pam submitted an email to ask about the North Carolina Supreme Court’s rulings that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s name won’t be on ballots this year in North Carolina. Pam wrote, “[He] sued NC to get his name on the ballot. Then he sued to have it removed. How much did those lawsuits cost the [North Carolina] taxpayers?” When North Carolina’s 100 counties add up the cost to reprint millions of ballots, which finished printing in August, it will cost about $1 million to taxpayers.
