More people are landing in the hospital with cannabis-related problems—and for many, a mental health condition is the primary issue, according to a new study published in the Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs. The study, conducted in Arizona, found that between 2016 and 2021, cannabis-related hospital visits across the state rose by 20%.
