1 Background Cancer-related cognitive impairment (CRCI) refers to the cognitive changes that may arise from cancer, cancer treatments, and cancer-related psychosocial distress [1, 2]. Up to 75% of non-central nervous system (non-CNS) cancer survivors experience these negative cognitive changes, which can persist for decades after completing treatment [1].
