HOUSTON — Fans planning to watch World Cup matches at Fan Fest should prepare for limited parking, road closures, security screenings and capacity limits before heading to the event near Shell Stadium. Fan Fest will be held next to Shell Stadium, home of the Houston Dynamo. While admission is free and no ticket is required, organizers are encouraging visitors to plan ahead, especially when it comes to transportation. Parking could be one of the biggest challenges for fans.

HPD: Murder suspects on the run, accused of killing man on Belknap Road last weekend

Houston police are searching for Iddris Umaru, 23, and Axzey Mojica, 22, in connection with the deadly shooting of Sean Bree, 39, in a strip center parking lot on Belknap Road last weekend. Umaru and Mojica were initially labeled as persons of interest, but Houston Police Department investigators have since charged them with the murder in Fort Bend County, though formal charges had not yet been filed.
