We center our priors at values consistent with other studies of COVID-19, and use weakly informative priors with higher variance to account for uncertainty in these estimates. Prior predictive checks confirm that the effective priors on individual parameters remain weakly informative.

Here, we present and discuss a spatiotemporal framework that could be used to distil population genomic variation into thematic layers of genomic susceptibility that are relevant to conservation.
