The Black Ops 1 and 2 ports arrive with a ton of content across both games. Obviously, while there are two Campaigns and more Zombies gameplay that you know what to do with, Black Ops 1 and 2’s multiplayer maps are what many of you are here for. I’ve seen a lot of popcorn-worthy discourse about the Black Ops 1 and 2 port prices, which is fair. They’re quite pricey, especially if you throw in the Black Ops 1 and 2 PlayStation season passes as well.

DOOM Developer id Software’s Team is Much Bigger Than You Think Following XBOX Layoffs

So many people and teams were affected by the July 2026 XBOX layoffs. One notable case was id Software: The industry veteran responsible for DOOM, Quake, and Wolfenstein. Fears that the developer might not be able to produce new games appear to be very false and wide of the mark. We’re learning a lot about id Software lately, some of which is better news than first thought. Dozens of people are still working on id Tech, according to a post-layoff report.

Nintendo Job Listing Hints at Switch 2 VRR Support

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a huge improvement over the first console, with 4K, HDR, and many other wondrous upgrades. VRR Support is notably missing from the device, though, but it might not be forever. VRR Support ensures that whatever FPS is being outputted, your TV/console syncs up. This ensures smooth gameplay without screen tearing or any input lag. Every console and brand is always striving for perfection, which is why it’s no surprise to see that future Switch 2 consoles could include VRR.
