Kingdom Hearts fans are no strangers to scarce, infrequent news on the series, particularly when it comes to the mainline games. Kingdom Hearts IV was officially revealed over four years ago, and next month Disney's D23 celebration will feature a "DEEP DIVE into KINGDOM HEARTS" panel at the event. Next year, Kingdom Hearts will celebrate its 25th anniversary, so it's no surprise to see a retrospective panel like this pop up.

A new report from Dutch website Tweakers looked at the historical pricing for 16 PlayStation 5 games, comparing the average price between retail stores and the PlayStation Store in the Netherlands. The PlayStation Store was almost always more expensive. Pair that with the recent news that PlayStation will be ending physical disc production in 2018 with rumor that Xbox will follow suit, and that spells a grim future for game prices.

According to Bloomberg's Jason Schreier, Microsoft has canceled multiple Obsidian Entertainment projects to start to have the veteran RPG studio begin work on a new game in the Fallout franchise. This comes in a turbulent time for Microsoft/Xbox. They recently shed four studios through sale or letting them revert back to being independent, on top of laying off 1600 employees with 1600 more planned over 2026-2027's fiscal year.
