COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The City of Columbus has a new juvenile curfew after city council approved the measure Monday night. This means curfew for 13- to 17-year-olds is 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and for kids under 13, the curfew is 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. The new curfew, approved by an 8-1 vote, would take effect immediately. However, the council said the city will not start issuing citations until next year. Councilmembers said this will give the city time to educate the community on the new rules.
