I can’t believe my new book is out. It has been lovely seeing it in people’s hands, and hearing their kind words of feedback. Today I wanted to write about how trying so hard to be ‘nice, kind, giving, easy’, can actually pile on the pressure and find us more snappy, not less! For a long time, I thought being kind, giving and easy made me a good person. I wanted to be someone people turned to, who made their lives nicer and easier.
