HANCOCK COUNTY (WGEM) - One person has been injured following a shooting in Nauvoo Friday morning. According to the Illinois State Police, at 7:13 a.m. the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office contacted them regarding a shooting in the 100 block of North Fulmer. ISP reported one person had been transported to the hospital with injuries. According to ISP. the investigation is ongoing and not other information is being made public at this time.

ADAMS COUNTY (WGEM) - One person has died, and two others have been injured following a UTV vs SUV traffic crash on Tuesday evening in Adams County. According to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, at 9:14 p.m., a Side by Side was traveling westbound on N 2500 Ave with two occupants. The SUV was traveling southbound on E 2903 Lane with one occupant when the two vehicles collided. According to the sheriff’s office, the driver of the SUV was taken to Blessing Hospital for injuries.

Quincy police arrest 2 for delivery of 400-900 grams of meth

QUINCY (WGEM) - A Quincy man and woman were arrested Thursday for delivery of a large amount of methamphetamine. At 2:31 p.m. on Thursday, Quincy police, along with the West Central Illinois Task Force, Illinois State Police, and Adams County Sheriff’s Department, executed a search warrant at 1021 North 20th Street. Police said during the search, officers discovered a large quantity of methamphetamine inside the home. Police arrested Katie C.
