AnnGardner Eubank by AnnGardner Eubank KILMARNOCK—The Kilmarnock Town Council on Monday, June 22, unanimously adopted a fiscal year 2026-27 budget totaling $9,035,533. The budget reflects a major focus on utility infrastructure, particularly as it relates to sewer and water. Council member Cynthia Scott moved to adopt the budget. Matt Cunningham seconded the motion. Rebecca Nunn, Alice Cooper, Mike Bedell and Mae Umphlett also voted in favor and the motion passed, 6-0.

AnnGardner Eubank by AnnGardner Eubank IRVINGTON—The Irvington Town Council on Thursday, June 18, adopted a fiscal year 2026-27 budget totaling $631,401. The new budget represents a $28,196 increase over the 2025-26 spending plan of $603,205. Primary increases reflect employee and office expense projections. Prior to the second reading of the budget, resident George Kuper spoke against its adoption.
