It will take place in the titular Central Park, but is taking a horror-themed turn.

Borderlands 4 Story Pack 2 launches September 10, and it will feature an intriguing Vault Hunter named Loveless. She fits the assassin archetype that we haven't seen since Zer0 in Borderlands 2. You'll find some similarities—cloaking and melee concepts, for example—but she has her own unmistakable distinctions that players will likely enjoy. Loveless formerly worked for Anshin, a manufacturer known for their rapid-regen shield technology and transfusion grenades.

Borderlands 4's Story Pack 2 is officially coming September 10, called FL4K and the Last Resort, which features Borderlands 3's Beastmaster saving his missing companion Mr. Chew from Tediore, while also disrupting Tediore's mission to retrieve Ordnite from the island of Providence.
