It is forcing some journalists to focus on publication speed over the accuracy of their writing

Don't know. I don't really use hashtags
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
Via Email. Bonus points if you send your pitches hand-written by a carrier pigeon or raven
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
A laptop and the Internet. Occasionally these really archaic contraptions called books

None of them. I hate that I have to use them for work

Why did you become a journalist?
I've always loved writing and I went to film school, so the two go hand in hand.

I did for about 2 months, we didn't actually produce anything

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Don't undersell yourself. The moment you publish anything, anywhere, you're a journalist. Act like it

Probably the one from some PR team asking if I want to interview a dentist about 'Holywood's Whitest Smiles'
