Deep Phenomics of Pattern Recognition Receptor Agonist Specific Activation of Human Blood
Abstract Human whole blood (WB) immunophenotyping may represent the in vivo immunological state with better fidelity than artificially isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). We used a deep phenomics modeling approach to elucidate the quantitative differences in major immune cell lineages in WB and PBMC compartments in a steady-state in vitro setting. We studied functional innate immune responses induced by pattern recognition receptor agonist adjuvants (PRRa).
OMIP‐111: Immune‐Profiling of T Helper 1 (Th1), Th2, and Th17 Signatures in Murine Splenocytes by Targeting Intracellular Cytokines
1 Purpose and Appropriate Sample Types This 17-parameter panel was designed and optimized for the deep immunophenotyping and functional characterization of T cell subsets in murine spleen (Table 2 and Table ). Functional cytokines (IFNγ, TNF, and IL-2/4/5/17) in the T cell compartment initiate the innate immune responses after infection or immunization and establish a bridge between adaptive immune responses, which ultimately confer long-lasting protective immunity.

Immune-profiling of T helper 1 (Th1), Th2 and Th17 signatures in murine splenocytes by targeting intracellular cytokines
Abstract Functional cytokines shape both innate and adaptive immune responses in the host after infection or immunization. Deep immunophenotyping of the key functional cytokine signatures associated with T cells in murine lymphoid tissue, especially in the spleen, is challenging.

Symptomatic Bradycardia Manifesting as Acute Hypothyroidism Following COVID-19 Infection: A Case Report
The role of COVID-19 in the development of hypothyroidism has not been well defined. Although hypothyroidism may develop from autoimmune processes, the SARS-CoV-2 virus currently has no direct linkage to the formation of Hashimoto's, subacute thyroiditis, or other related pathologies. Burekovic et al. highlighted 21 patients in the year 2020 and 29 in the year 2021 who developed hypothyroidism following COVID-19 (p < .01) [6].
Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection and Its Management: A Case Report
Introduction Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a rare condition characterized by a non-iatrogenic, non-traumatic separation of the coronary vessel wall layers. A false lumen gets created between either the tunica intima and media or the tunica media and externa [1,2]. Blood will continue to flow despite the coronary artery tear; however, if hemorrhage into the opening occurs, it may stagnate and thrombose. There, it adds pressure onto the true lumen wall and forces a dissection.
Atypical Presentation of Paget-Schroetter Syndrome: Case Report and Management
Introduction Upper extremity deep vein thrombosis (UEDVT) is defined as thrombus formation that occurs in the axillary, subclavian, radial, ulnar, or brachial veins in the upper extremity. It is less common than lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (LEDVT), with an annual incidence of two out of every 100,000 cases, accounting for 1-4% of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) formation [1]. Acute UEDVT formation presents clinically with upper extremity arm pain and skin changes.
Lund University Cardiac Arrest System and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention During Cardiac Arrest: Case Report and Review of Literature
There is increased realization that manual chest compressions are frequently ineffective due to inconsistent compression rates, fatigue, and frequent interruption of compressions. The prognosis for cardiac arrest patients remains dismal, with some studies showing that only 5% survive till hospital discharge neurologically intact [2].
Special Consideration for Patients With Morgellons Disease, Even Among Psychodermatology Patients?-Reply
In Reply We thank Brownstone and Koo for their interest and response to our systematic review1 reporting on models of care for patients with psychocutaneous conditions and acknowledgment of the subpopulation of patients with Morgellons disease. Within our article, we report patients with a diagnosis of delusions of parasitosis (DoP) to represent the largest proportion among all included individuals with various psychodermatologic conditions.
Multidisciplinary and Holistic Models of Care for Patients With Dermatologic Disease and Psychosocial Comorbidity: A Systematic Review
Key Points Question What are the structural aspects and models of care in psychocutaneous medicine? Findings This systematic review of 1677 patients in 23 studies provides management approaches and insights regarding the existing gap of specialized care options for patients with psychocutaneous disease.
