4. Discussion Overall, the current study examines how daily experiences of racial discrimination is associated with racial stigma among Black girls. Additionally, using Stevenson’s[49] conceptualization of racial socialization strategies, we examined the protective role of four racial socialization strategies that mitigated the negative impact of racial discrimination on racial stigma among Black girls.
