Charles Assisi is co-founder at Founding Fuel, a new-age media and learning platform and co-author of "The Aadhaar Effect: Why The World’s Largest Identity Project Matters". It was published by OUP

He is a columnist as well for Hindustan Times" & is published by other leading newspapers including peer reviewed journals such as Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)

He is often seen at public forums, sometimes as a moderator and at others as a speaker on themes as diverse as technology and investing to the future of work.

Charles is a writing coach to senior leaders in the C-Suite at large organizations and in beginning Academic Year 2022, was inducted as visiting faculty at St. Xaviers College, Mumbai and Xaviers Institute of Communication.

In his last assignment, he wore two hats: That of Managing Editor at the Indian editions of Forbes and Editor at ForbesLife. Before that, he was National Technology Editor and National Business Editor at the Times of India.

His first big gig came in his late twenties when German media house Vogel Burda marked its India debut with CHIP a wildly popular technology magazine. He was appointed Editor and asked to set up the entities operations in India. Through this stint, he worked and interacted with all of Vogel Burda's various newsrooms across Europe and Asia.

Charles holds a Masters in Economics from Mumbai Universtity and an MBA in Finance from MET, Mumbai . Along the way he earned the Madhu Valluri Award for Excellence in Journalism and the Polestar Award for Excellence in Business Journalism.

In his spare time, he reads voraciously, and across the board. But he is biased towards literature on science, leadership, management, psychology, history, and philosophy.
