CENTRAL ILLINOIS (25News Now) -Hot and humid as expected for this time of year but we can add rain chances to the mix as well. Summer Temperatures Through The Week: We’re staying hot over the next few days with 90s continuing until at least Monday of next week, with the exception of Friday, which may come in just below 90 for our air temperature. Regardless of whether it’s 89 or 90, it will be hot and something we want to plan for throughout the week and weekend.

CENTRAL ILLINOIS (25News Now) -Summer in Illinois means hot and humid weather and it’ll definitely feel like summer through the week ahead. Highs will break through the 90s tomorrow and stay above 90 for most of the week ahead. The nights will get a bit cooler but not enough to fully cool us down from the heat of the day and it will stay humid throughout the nights ahead. Highs will get to their hottest in the middle of the week then cool by a degree or two as we approach the weekend.

CENTRAL ILLINOIS (25News Now) - After a bit of a break from the heat and humidity, it returns into the new week. Today won’t be too hot, with highs in the upper 80s, but they will be increasing over the next few days. We’ll see 90 on Monday with a few places possibly getting a degree or two warmer. We’ll warm up a bit over the next few days as well as we reach the mid 90s by Wednesday.
