What does it mean to be a journalist?

To document daily life to make the world a better place. Though corny, knowledge is power.

Why did you become a journalist?

I combined my love of writing with my passion for keeping up with current events.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

It's worth it. Whether you're employed as a journalist for a few years or a lifetime, it's always worth it.

What's your favorite drink?

Depends on the location! Am I in a fancy restaurant? By the beach? In a dive bar? My answers fluctuate.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

Chances are I'm walking around and exploring the wonders of New York City. Oh, and eating.
