Badly. Social media seems to killing attention spans and promoting the worst possible perspectives for "engagement."
What does it mean to be a journalist?
To borrow from Wilbur Storey, it's a journalist's duty to write the truth and raise hell. We're not supposed to be paid mouthpieces for PR.

Big fan of Ars Technica and The Register.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That it's easy, that all I do is play games, and that I get all the games for free. I don't get to "enjoy" games I'm reviewing.
