I have been doing some more research but I feel like I need some help understanding it. My reading suggests that the yaw angle speed and the transversal acceleration is what is initially read by the yaw sensor. Further reading suggests that yaw angle speed 2 and lateral acceleration 2 are redundant, secondary backups. If the secondary readings are inactive then I would receive DSC faults.

Due to my DSC Yaw sensor always reading 0.0 under all conditions, I believe it is causing a phantom DSC fault. I am going to replace it. That being said, I am trying to confirm some TIS locations and procedures. TIS states the Yaw sensor is located under the passenger seat. Is this correct? Other models show under the driver’s seat as the location. TIS also provides warnings of airbag module/sensor and belt tensioner warnings for this job.

Somehow a socket extension has found its way into my radiator fan, destroying some blades. Hopefully that's the only damage. A quick parts search seems to show only the fan assembly with frame (which is $500 and up). Or universal fans which are much more affordable, but I'm guessing can't be used with the OEM frame?
