Have you ever used a typewriter?
Yes! I love them.
How is social media changing news?
It’s making it easier to “cover” stories. But also much easier to spread misinformation

Lou Bloom or Charles Foster Kane
What does it mean to be a journalist?
I do not call what I do, “journalism”. Real journalism is putting aside everything to uncover truth.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
Email, with a press deck if possible
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
WordPress, Microsoft Office and all apps. I have proficient in all adobe apps as well
What's your favorite social network?
Definitely Instagram, but TikTok is a close second.
Who do you wish followed you?
I’m quite happy with my audience. I tend to have an ear to the pulse of youth culture, as I’m relatively young.
Why did you become a journalist?
I have a yearning to do something meaningful.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Unfortunately I did not. Looking back I wish I did!
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I am extremely proud of every single article I have written. Each subject is completely different.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Go out and meet people. It’s paramount to standing out from the crowd
