Abstract The pathogenic mechanisms underlying pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) remain unclear. Here we report three patients with PG from two unrelated kindreds with homozygous R57C mutation of the linear deubiquitinase OTULIN. The patients have isolated, pediatric-onset, OTULIN-related PG (ORP).
