What did you study, and why is that important? Do you want your company to adopt and fully leverage AI tools and stay ahead of competitors? The answer is almost always yes. But the real question is: how can you, as a leader, ensure that your managers and employees actually use AI effectively and your company benefits from it? Indeed, many companies are making massive investments in AI to augment and automate decision-making and other vital organizational processes.

Gender disparities persist in entrepreneurship and statistics reveal the severity of the issue. Globally, only one in three businesses is owned by women. In 2019, the share of startups with at least one female founding member was a mere 20%. One of the reasons for this lack of women entrepreneurs is funding — specifically, the scarcity of funding for women business owners and discrimination in financial terms when they do obtain funding.
