In Baden-Württemberg werden die Sortenprüfungen zu Winterroggen im ökologischen Landbau an vier Standorten durchgeführt: In Stuttgart-Hohenheim (Betreuung Universität Hohenheim), Crailsheim (Betreuung Demeter-Beratung), Maßhalderbuch (Betreuung Landratsamt Reutlingen) und Ochsenhausen (Betreuung Landratsamt Biberach). Das orthogonale Sortiment 2025 umfasst 7 Populations-Sorten. In Ochsenhausen wurden zusätzlich 4 Hybrid-Sorten geprüft.
