Sleep in the academic sphere: identifying sleep profiles and their influencing factors using latent profile analysis in German university students - BMC Psychology
This study explored sleep quality profiles in university students across various academic disciplines and examined the influence of socio-demographic, health-related, and academic factors on profile membership. Based on the multidimensional construct of sleep quality [3], this study identified four distinct profiles: the Average Sleep Profile, the Insomnia Risk Profile, the Above Average Sleep Profile, and the Medicated Sleepiness Profile.
