Context: Conversational Large Language Models (CLLMs) can automatically generate code by collaborating with users through natural language. However, poor collaboration can lead to poor quality output. Objective: This exploratory study aims to investigate how humans and CLLMs can collaborate as peers through vibe coding, an approach that integrates principles from prompt engineering, agile design, and human-AI co-creation to enhance collaboration.

Abstract Inherent intra-individual variability in wound pathophysiology presents significant challenges in establishing appropriate control conditions for clinical studies. As a result, the scientific evidence supporting the clinical efficacy of interventions designed to enhance wound healing remains frequently limited. Here, we assess the effects of silicone-based formulations on wound healing using a non-invasive, in vivo multimodal approach.

A group of teachers and high-school students from Staten Island is part of an innovative, eco-friendly driving-technology program called Solar Car. Scholars and students at Ralph R. McKee High School and Staten Island Technical High School put their interest in sustainability into motion as members of the solar car team, Seagull Solar, named after the sister schools’ mascot. They will be participating in a nationwide solar car competition in Texas this summer.
