Integrated in-silico and in-vitro analysis of lncRNA H19/miRNA-675/p53 in OSCC: Structural characterization and molecular docking insights - Diagnostic Pathology
This study employed an integrative approach combining in-silico and in-vitro analyses to investigate the relationship between lncRNA H19, miRNA-675, and p53 in patients with OSCC compared to healthy individuals. The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Human Ethical Committee (IHEC/SDC/PHD/BIOCHEM-2108/21/TH-035(B)). The secondary structure of lncRNA H19 was predicted using the RNAfold web server (http://rna.tbi.univie.ac.at/cgi-bin/RNAWebSuite/RNAfold.cgi) [24].
