Yes, it deals with transportation, as the name makes clear. But that still leaves plenty of room for confusion. Flyover is favorite choice for south Napa's Highway 12/29 intersection

One of three potential fixes for south Napa County's congested Highway 29/Highway 12/Airport Boulevard intersection is the early favorite — a left-turn flyover into Jameson Canyon. The signalized intersection can back up southbound Highway 29 traffic for more than a mile in the evening. A major problem is the number of commuters making a left onto Highway 12 to head down Jameson Canyon Road toward Interstate 80 and the Fairfield-Suisun area of Solano County.

Measure B asks voters for fire prevention and parks tax

Napa County voters will decide whether having more protected open space and parks and guaranteed wildfire prevention revenue are worth a tax. Measure B is on the Nov. 3 ballot. This half-cent sales tax would raise an estimated $23 million annually. Half the revenue would go to the Napa County Regional Park and Open Space District.
