Over the next year or more, many of us will be going through the process of selecting a new LMS vendor. This process usually requires a request for proposal (RFP) process. When talking about enterprise systems, it’s easy to talk about all the cool bells and whistles. However, there is much more to this process than just getting a demo, selecting the vendor and going live with your new system.

Here, we’ll continue with five more skills that can help you create more engaging and effective training videos. Skill 6: Adjusting Volume It is completely possible that you may need to alter the volume of your training videos because someone was too close or too far from their microphone. When editing training videos, there’s have multiple layers of audio you can deal with.

Consider the following scenario: You are on a project that requires your subject matter expert (SME) to provide you content and they decide to provide you a recorded webinar or two for you to use. One webinar is a recording of them discussing as series of topics with a group of team members on a Microsoft Teams call. It’s a “cameras on” call that lasts about 45 minutes. The second video is them presenting information to their team in another MS Teams call for about an hour.
