This paper presents the highest, to the best of our knowledge, performance reached for interband cascade detectors at VIGO Photonics, versus absorbers’ doping, thicknesses, and number of stages, for the 50% cut-off wavelength (λcut-off(50%), the spectral response drops to 50% of its peak value), ranging from 6.1 to 13.9 µm and operating at room temperature (293 K).
