A man from York Region will be formally charged with first-degree murder when he appears before a Justice of the Peace on Tuesday morning in connection with a fatal shooting in Mississauga, CP24 has exclusively learned. The incident happened at Spy Depot Security, a surveillance equipment store on Matheson Boulevard, near Kennedy Road. Police in Peel Region say they were called to that area on Monday at around 8:30 a.m. for reports of a person who was unresponsive.
