(WRGB) — According to the Montgomery County Sheriff, 59-year-old Edwin Quesada is facing multiple charges, including aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers say this past Monday, they pulled over a 1993 Honda Civic for a missing front license plate.
