Find out how Spin can get you, and your team, looking your best this season. Going into the tournament, many saw Women’s as the most likely division to prevent a USA sweep. The US roster wasformidable, including four returners from the gold medal squad at JJUC in Poland two years ago.

WJUC 2024: Hungary vs. Singapore Fallout
The bronze medal match of WJUC was like nothing I’ve ever seen before, and in truth, I hope never to see again. The game, between Singapore and Hungary, was a rematch of a pool play encounter in which both sides awarded lower-than-average Spirit of the Game scores. The third-place game eventually concluded comfortably over three hours after the first whistle blew thanks to numerous extended stoppages, including multiple spirit timeouts, with a clear breakdown of trust between two opponents.

Find out how Spin can get you, and your team, looking your best this season. There’s something special about semi-final day. Maybe it’s the fact that you get nine games when you include the bronze medal matches instead of just three. Perhaps it’s the lack of final nerves that allows players to play with more freedom.

WJUC 2024: Day One Recap
The first day of play at this year’s WJUC is wrapped up, and every team has at least one game under their belt. With so much ultimate left to play this week the landscape can and will shift significantly but the various formats do not give teams a huge margin of error to work with, and kicking off your campaign with a win does wonders for a team’s confidence going forward. Here’s how it played out in the beautiful British weather1.
2024 WFDF World Junior Ultimate Championships: Preview
42 teams from 22 countries across three divisions will take the field in Birmingham, the UK’s second biggest city, for WJUC, being held as a standalone event for the first time since the pandemic. While the U20 divisions were held at the JJUC (Joint Juniors Ultimate Championships) in Wrocław, Poland, two years ago1, this edition has a huge increase in attendance and a greater variety of nations sending teams, making it harder to get a read on exactly where each program stands ahead of the week.
