SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the $41M sale of San Dimas Commerce Center, a 19-building, 179K SF light industrial park at 410-490 Arrow Highway in San Dimas. The property is 90% occupied, leased to more than 70 local and regional businesses. The individually parceled buildings offer flexibility to retain them as a portfolio or sell them individually. SRS’ Dave Faris and Richard Schwartz represented the seller, San Dimas BP LLC. The buyer wasn’t disclosed.

Athleisure brand Fabletics plans to expand its physical retail footprint in its quest to double its revenue. The retailer will add 25 new U.S. stores and roughly 20 international stores over the next 12 months. That builds on the 12 new stores that Fabletics already opened in the U.S. in the first half of this year. The company has more than 135 store locations worldwide. More than 90% of the company’s growth is expected to come from American shoppers, Fabletics CEO Adam Goldenberg told Bloomberg.

KHP sold the 105-room Kimpton La Peer West Hollywood to family-run Japanese hotel corporation APA Group for $63M, or $600K per room, The Real Deal reported. APA is no stranger to the Kimpton brand, having partnered with Kimpton before to develop hotels, according to TRD. APA is expanding in the West and expects to increase its hotel room count in the U.S. to 10,000 rooms, or double its current count, by 2030, Bloomberg reported in May.
