MCARTHUR, Ohio (WCMH) — The grandfather in the case of 16 children rescued from a Vinton County home was back under medical care Friday. According to court records, Gary Siders Sr., 73, underwent a medical procedure. The type of procedure was not disclosed, but it was noted because Siders’ GPS monitoring device needed to be removed for it. Gary Sr. has been the only of the four family members of the children to be released from jail, so he could receive medical care in July.
