What was your first job as a journalist?

Beat reporter at the Laney Tower (now Peralta Citizen)

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Microsoft Word, Public Records, Excel, Tableau, Pro Tools, Photoshop and Lightroom, Zoom H4N and a good 'ole reporter's notepad.

When's the best time to pitch you?

When I'm not asleep.

What's your favorite drink?

I like a good lager or Belgian style. Anything but IPAs, really.
