SPOKANE, Wash. -- A 25-year-old Spokane man allegedly told police he shot his girlfriend but insisted it was self-defense, according to court documents. On Thursday, prosecutors decided to not purse charges against him for now. According to court documents, early Saturday morning a Spokane police officer was at the Sacred Heart Emergency Room when a man, later identified as Tucker Mosley entered the ER and said his girlfriend had been shot.

SPOKANE, Wash. -- Interstate 90 west of Spokane will be reduced to one lane in both directions for a week-long paving project. The lane reductions will be from the Highway 904 intersection in Four Lakes to just west of the Geiger Blvd. interchange. The work and lane reductions start and 7 p.m. each night and last until 6 a.m. all week.
