SPOKANE, Wash. -- A 25-year-old Spokane man allegedly told police he shot his girlfriend but insisted it was self-defense, according to court documents. According to court documents, early Saturday morning a Spokane police officer was at the Sacred Heart Emergency Room when a man, later identified as Tucker Mosley entered the ER and said his girlfriend had been shot. The officer, who was there on a different call, requested more police units.
