SALT LAKE CITY — A man was hospitalized with "potential life-threatening injuries" after he was shot early Saturday following a fight between about 20 people at a downtown bar. Salt Lake police responded to reports of a shooting near 200 South and 200 East and located a man who had been shot in the abdomen. He was taken to a hospital and underwent surgery, according to a police booking affidavit. Witnesses told police a fight broke out inside Johnny's SLC, 165 E.
