PHILADELPHIA, PA - The Cleveland State women's basketball team closed out the 2022-23 campaign Saturday, falling in a 76-59 decision at Villanova in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament. The Vikings finish the year with a 30-5 overall record. Cleveland State was making its third appearance in the NCAA Tournament and first since 2010. Leo paced the Vikings with 25 points on the day, while Amele Ngwafang added nine points, and Deja Williams chipped in seven.
