A social information sensitive model for conversational recommender systems

Conversational Recommender Systems (CRS) enhance item recommendations through natural language interactions (Jannach et al., 2021). Studies have shown that integrating external data sources with conversational data through semantic fusion provides opportunities to improve CRS models (Zhou et al., 2020a, 2022; Pugazhenthi & Liang, 2022). Semantic fusion unifies different types of data representations into a single space, which combines all the characteristics of the involved data.
