There’s no better way to enjoy a hot summer day than with a classic barbecue. It’s what the season is about. Cue the myriad of sides: buttered corn, watermelon slices, and a slew of salads. Sports fans are rocking orange-and-blue championship colors, hoping to drape themselves in team colors for a state championship parade. They should be mindful that orange and blue are the colors of the House of Orange-Nassau, from whence the county colors and those of Manhasset High School originate.
