Abstract Background: The incidence of thyroid cancer has been increasing in recent years, with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) accounting for the majority of cases. Accumulating studies have demonstrated that S100A10 acts as an oncogene in the progression of various malignancies. However, the function and specific mechanisms of S100A10 in thyroid cancer remain poorly defined.

Introduction Lung cancer, is one of the most common malignancies in the world (1–3). Millions of people are newly diagnosed and die from the disease every year (4). Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) constitutes approximately 60% of newly diagnosed lung cancer cases, making it the most common subtype, with its incidence steadily increasing (5, 6).

Three single-cell RNA datasets were included in the study (Supplementary File: Table S1) from the gene expression omnibus database, including GSE176078 (10 primary TNBC), GSE180286 (2 primary TNBC), and GSE128223 (6 samples of purified human γδ T cells from 3 donors).
