What If You Have Showings but No Offers? Now the issue shifts. Buyers liked your home enough to visit, but something kept them from making an offer. Possible reasons include: Price Condition Odors Needed repairs Outdated finishes Competing homes that offered better value This is why it's important to review showing feedback with your Realtor and look for patterns. What If You Have Lots of Views but Very Few Showings? This is one of the biggest clues that buyers are finding your home but deciding not to visit. Some of the most common reasons include: The price is too high compared to competing homes. Buyers don't feel the photos match the asking price. The condition needs improvement. Buyers see something online that causes them to eliminate the home. There is strong competition in your neighborhood. It didn't pass the "Drive By" Test.
