A TNT Fireworks supercenter is now open in Moraine, just in time to help celebrate the United States’ 250th anniversary. This news outlet previously reported that the supercenter was in development back in October 2025. There are now two locations within the Miami Valley, with the other in Jefferson Township. Cypress Real Estate Company V LLC purchased the property Feb. 27 for $475,000, according to property records. The same purchaser is listed as the property owner of TNT’s property at 840 S.

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A restaurant chain primarily found across the South is coming back to the Buckeye State. Andy Graham and his sons, AJ, Brice and Reece Graham, operate Triple G Enterprises, LLC. As a company, the Grahams have signed a multi-unit franchise agreement with Huddle House. Huddle House is a restaurant that serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.

Houston-based donut shop entering Ohio

CINCINNATI, Ohio (WDTN) — A Texas-based doughnut company is a step closer to setting up shop in Ohio. Koelache Co. LLC., founded by Don and Kat Koetting, has signed a three-unit franchise agreement with Shipley Donuts. The first location is expected to open in Q1 2027, with the other two occurring through 2029. The Koettings told WDTN.com that the agreement is currently for south of the Dayton area, but could decide to expand further in the future.
