Perched on the upper terrace of Ammoudi Fish Tavern in Oia, somewhere between my last bite of octopus and my first taste of loukoumades, I watched the dimly lit waters of the Ammoudi Bay settle into evening. Catamarans slipped into their berths for the night while skippers disappeared ashore. The wind softened the conversations around us, lending an unexpected intimacy to the meal. Then a cruise ship emerged.

How we marry is changing. So is how we protect ourselves when we do. Once seen as a way to protect assets from an uncertain union, they’re now widely viewed as a practical tool to protect both spouses, their lifestyle, and their future family.

Companies cannot workshop their way into understanding AI. At some point, the technology moves beyond the pilot and into real daily workflows. Over the course of two days at Reuters Momentum AI, case studies, panel discussions, and executive presentations all spoke to the same thing, just with different contexts. The question the room kept returning to: now that AI is no longer optional, how do we actually run it?
