1 Introduction The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into environmental health sciences (EHS) is increasingly prevalent, offering novel methodologies for analyzing complex datasets and addressing public health challenges, including chronic and complex diseases such as allergies and asthma. AI and its subfields, such as Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL), are commonly used in EHS. Others include Natural Language Processing or causal AI.
