Read Full Bio →Hymie Rubenstein is a retired Professor of Anthropology at the University of Manitoba, where he taught and conducted research between 1973 and 2004. He was born in Toronto and is a triple-degree holder from the University of Toronto (B.A., M.A., and Ph.D.). His doctoral research took him to the small Eastern Caribbean country of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where he has conducted ethnographic fieldwork ever since.
